Balance Changes
- Double Slice's damage has been increased to 33 and the crit rate to 50%.
- One-Two Punch's damage has been increased to 44.
- That All You Got? and Hit and Run now last until death.
- Cicada Soul's effect duration has been reduced to 4 seconds.
- Troubled Waters is now a holdable moves.
- Adjusted the multi boost inspirit from Cat Cast Call.
